Free Women’s Medical & Wellness Camp

Suzy’s Place is hosting a Free Women’s Medical & Wellness Camp to provide quality healthcare, healthier lives, and stronger communities under the belief that healthy women mean stronger families. The event takes place on Saturday, September 26th, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 6425 N Rockwell St, Chicago, IL 60645. This camp is open to all women with no appointment or insurance required. Care will be provided by Nahawand Kishta, MSN, FNP-C, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with full practice authority in Illinois. This camp is ideal for anyone who wants a free wellness check-up, has health-related questions, or seeks a women-centered, respectful visit.

• Attendees can expect a private one-on-one visit with a board-certified nurse practitioner for a basic wellness check-up focused on how you are feeling.

• Patients can receive clear guidance on blood pressure, energy, medicines, or next steps in a safe, respectful environment where you can come as you are.

• If available, attendees should bring a Photo ID, optional insurance card, a list of current medicines, and any recent health reports.
